Dampak Sosial-Ekonomi Banjir di Banjarnegara: Strategi Pemulihan dan Adaptasi Masyarakat
Keywords:
Sosial-Ekonomi, Strategi Pemulihan Banjir, Adaptasi MasyarakatAbstract
The floods that occurred in Banjarnegara have created significant socio-economic impacts on community life, particularly in disaster-prone areas located along riverbanks and hillside regions. This study aims to analyze the types of socio-economic losses caused by the floods and to identify the recovery and adaptation strategies implemented by local communities and the government. The research employed a qualitative approach through interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the floods resulted in infrastructure damage, loss of livelihoods, disruption of education, and increased social vulnerability among at-risk groups. On the other hand, communities have developed various adaptation strategies, such as livelihood diversification, utilization of social networks, enhanced household preparedness, and the strengthening of community-based institutions. The local government also plays a crucial role through emergency assistance, infrastructure repairs, and environmental rehabilitation programs. This study underscores the importance of collaboration among communities, government, and relevant institutions to strengthen socio-economic resilience and reduce flood disaster risks in Banjarnegara.
