The International Journal of Education Management and Sociology (IJEMS) is a multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal published by PDPI (Indonesian Research Lecturer Association), established on December 6, 2021, in South Tangerang, Indonesia.
IJEMS provides a platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, and students to publish original research, reviews, and case studies in the fields of Education, Management, and Sociology. The journal encourages contributions that advance theoretical frameworks, empirical research, and practical applications.
