Manuscript Processing

The International Journal of Education Management and Sociology (IJEMS) publishes six issues per year, on a bi-monthly schedule: February, April, June, August, October, and December.

The average manuscript processing time from submission to publication is approximately 40 working days (8 weeks), in line with the journal’s regular publication cycle. This includes:

• Initial editorial screening: ±5 working days

• Peer review process: ±20 working days

• Post-acceptance publication (layout and online release): ±15 working days

IJEMS provides estimated manuscript processing times on its website to ensure transparency and manage author expectations.

Note: Working days are calculated by excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and official national holidays in Indonesia. Delays may occur if submissions coincide with extended national holidays (e.g., Eid al-Fitr, Christmas/New Year period).
